• America's Job Center of California (AJCC) Access Point offers job readiness and career search workshops and resources on campus, through a unique partnership with Contra Costa County and nine local organizations. Services are available at no cost to students and other participants at the Loma Vista Adult Center.
   
• Department of Rehabilitation provides individuals with disabilities with training and support to achieve employment goals.

• Bay Area Crisis Nursery provides free emergency childcare, shelter, respite care, food, and diapers for families with children ages 0-5.
   
• CocoKids provides information, parent resources and online referrals for childcare.
   
• Monument First 5 Center provides classes, workshops, events, and individual consultation in-person and virtually to families in Contra Costa county with a child from birth to age 5.  

• CalFresh Food is California's Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). It provides monthly food assistance for individuals and families with low incomes.
   
• The California WIC (Women, Infants and Children) is a nutrition program that serves pregnant women, women who have recently been pregnant, infants, children up to their fifth birthday.

• Food Bank of Contra Costa & Solano provides community produce programs, food pantry distribution, and senior food programs.
   
• Monument Crisis Center offers nutritious food, quality resources, and referral services to individuals and families to help them to become stable and secure in our community.

• La Clinica Monument provides the Central Contra Costa community with affordable health care services, including medical, dental, and optometry services.
   
• La Concordia Wellness Center provides mental health support to individuals and families. 
   
• Contra Costa Health offers dental care at county health centers, schools and homeless service centers. Services at county health centers and school sites are offered to eligible residents and students covered by Contra Costa Health Plan and/or Medi-Cal Dental. Services for the unhoused are provided at no cost.  
   
• John Muir Health, Mobile Health Clinic: The Family Medicine Residency Program offers free medical services to include: primary care, non-emergency care, women’s health, physicals, and health education. 
   
• Monument Impact, Mentes Positivas En Accion (MPA) is an 8-week group program that teaches practical tools for emotional wellness, including managing stress and anxiety and finding calm and balance.    
   
• Planned Parenthood of Northern California provides a wide range of healthcare services and counseling for adults and young people.  All services are provided at the lowest cost possible. 
   
• RotaCare Free Medical Clinics provide care to a growing population of working and unemployed residents who are unable to pay for or access primary and urgent medical care services.
   

• Stand Together Contra Costa is a rapid response, legal services, and community education program to support safety and justice for immigrant families in Contra Costa County.
   

• Trinity Center of Walnut Creek is a safe and welcoming day center for people who are unhoused or at risk of losing housing. They provide housing assistance, workforce development and additional supportive services.
