We wish all our students and their families good health at this difficult time. We are currently providing distance learning options to help you earn a high school diploma or pass the high school equivalency exam. Please check your email regularly for updates.

Academic Classes for: High school diploma, high school equivalency, and college, career and workplace preparation

Skill Building Classes

High School DiplomaImprove your reading, writing and math skills to help you pass employment eligibility tests or meet your personal goals. Morning and evening classes are available.

High School Diploma

High School DiplomaComplete the classes you need to receive your high school diploma. Direct instruction and online classes are available for English, government, economics, algebra, math, science, history and electives. Morning and evening classes, independent study,
and online classes are available.

High School Equivalency (GED or HiSET Prep Classes)

High School EquivalencyStudents who do not have transcripts from their previous school or who need more than 60 credits to earn their high school diploma may opt to take their GED or HiSET high school equivalency (HSE) test.  The High School Equivalency Certificate or a high school diploma are required for federal financial aid for post- secondary education or training.

Mt. Diablo Adult Education ABE/ASE/HSE Department provides instruction and support to students to improve basic and secondary skills, earn a high school diploma or high school equivalency certificate, and prepare for employment, career training programs and post- secondary education.

Orientation and Registration
